You can find us at Plot No G-5 in the Addl MIDC area, specifically Phase 2. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses around us. We deal with infrastructure work, which means a lot of time spent out on various plots and sites. The office is a simple place where we keep our records and meet with people occasionally. It’s not flashy at all. We mostly just focus on the projects we have going on. In the MIDC area, you see a lot of people doing the same kind of hard work as us. The security guard at the gate knows our car by now. Sometimes the dust is a bit much, but that’s part of it. We have a small team of people who know their way around a construction site. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and fix things. Every day is a bit different. One day we are worrying about equipment, and the next we are dealing with permits. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We often stay late when there's a big deadline to meet. We aren't looking to change the world, just to provide for our families and do a decent job for the folks who hire us. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough.
