Cookie Crumble

Cookie Crumble is tucked away at 4/11, Samta Nagar in the Kanchanwadi area. We are located on Taithan Road, which is not too far from Walmi. It is a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time. We spend most of our hours baking and getting everything sorted out in the kitchen. The smell of fresh cookies usually fills the whole street in the mornings. It is a small operation. We do not have a big factory or any fancy machines. Just our workspace here where we mix the dough and bake the batches. We have been in Samta Nagar for a bit and we really like the vibe. The neighbors are very friendly and sometimes they stop by just to say hello. We are not trying to be the biggest bakery in the world. We just like making simple things that people enjoy eating. There is always a bit of flour on the floor and some metal trays waiting to be cleaned in the sink. It is a real kitchen, not a showroom for customers. We work long hours, especially very early in the morning. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients and someone has to go out and get them quickly. It is just how it goes when you are running a small local business. We do not have any fancy posters or a big marketing plan. We just put our name on the door and get to work. It is simple and we like it that way.
