We're located at House No. 11, near the Root Institute at Saxena More in Bodhgaya. Being in Gaya is interesting. It's a place with a lot of history and a lot of people passing through. We handle infratech work, which is basically technical stuff for construction and local infrastructure. We started this small company because we saw a need for it here in Bihar. Our office is modest. It’s just a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable and it gets the job done. We don't have a corporate hierarchy. There's only a few of us, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at budgets and the next I’m out checking on a site near the institute. Bodhgaya can get very busy during certain times of the year, which affects how we move around. We’ve learned to plan our projects around the local rhythm. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to provide solid work for the people and businesses in Gaya. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to clients. We just explain what needs to be done and how much it’ll cost. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We've built a decent reputation by just showing up and doing what we said we would. That is the way we prefer to work.
