C T R MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES LTD

The factory is located at E-1 in MIDC Chikalthana. It’s a solid building that’s been around for some time. We do manufacturing work at C T R MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES LTD, mostly focused on industrial components. The floor is always busy with people moving parts around. It’s a typical MIDC setup. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a lobby or fancy chairs. We put our money into the equipment and the maintenance. Chikalthana has a lot of history with industries like ours. We’ve seen the area grow and change. Some of our staff have been with us for decades, which says something. We just show up, do the production runs, and make sure things are packed right. It’s a routine that works. We don't go in for big corporate slogans. We just make sure the machines are oiled and the orders are met. The weather here can get quite dry, and the industrial dust is everywhere, but we keep the workspace functional. It’s a place where things are built. No more, no less. We take the work seriously but we talk like normal people. If you come by E-1, you’ll see us in our work clothes, just getting the job done. E-1 is a big unit. We have to walk a lot just to get from one end to the other. It keeps us moving during the long shifts.
