Our office is located at Plot No-13 in Sahjeevan Colony, over in the Samarth Nagar area of Aurangabad. This part of Maharashtra is a good place for a seed business because there are so many farms nearby. We spend a lot of our time looking at different seed samples and talking to local growers about what they need for their next crop. It gets really busy here when the monsoon is about to start. The office is a simple place where we get our daily work done without much fuss. We have been in this area for a while and we understand the local soil conditions pretty well. Sometimes moving the seeds from one place to another is a bit of a headache because the roads get so crowded. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. People often stop by the colony to find us, and we usually sit down for some tea and talk about the current season. It is not about selling fancy products; it is more about knowing what actually grows in this heat. We do not use big words or try to act like we have all the answers. We just know what has worked for people in the past. The summer heat in Aurangabad can be really tough, but the work has to happen anyway. We keep our records in order as best as we can with our small staff.
