Plot No 50 in Chincholi is where we keep our machines. It’s out in the Aurangabad Tehsil, right near the Hanuman Temple. If you are looking for us, just look for the temple and you’ll find the plot nearby. We do earth moving work, which basically means we spend our days in the dirt. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower than they do in the big city. We like it that way. Most of the people we work for are our neighbors or farmers from the nearby villages. We use backhoes and excavators to help clear land or dig foundations. It’s honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. The sun can be pretty brutal out here in the open plots, so we usually take a long break in the middle of the day when the heat is at its worst. We’ve been in Chincholi for a good while now. Our office is mostly just a place to keep the keys and some basic tools. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If we are out on a job, the place might even be locked up. But everyone around here knows how to reach us. We just try to do a decent job so that people will keep asking us back when they have more digging to do.
