Our place is over at Disha Silverwood, in building A. If you go up to flat 502, that is where we do all our work. We're based in Aurangabad, specifically in the area near the Gut number which is a bit of a local landmark for people around here. It’s not a shopfront on the main road, so you have to actually come into the residential building to find us. It’s quiet there most of the time, which helps when we are trying to get through the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at land papers. Real estate can be a bit messy with all the details, so we just take it one step at a time. Being in Aurangabad means we see a lot of changes happening in the city. We aren’t some massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team working out of this flat. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but we make it work. We handle local property matters and talk to neighbors or whoever is interested in buying or selling. It’s pretty basic. We sit around the table, drink some tea, and go over what people need. It’s more of a personal way of doing things. We don't have any flashy signs outside. Just the flat number and our name on the door. It feels right for the way we like to work with people.
