Our place is located over at H-27 in the MIDC area of Waluj. It is a pretty standard industrial setup like many of the other shops around here. We work on auto ancillary parts, which basically means we are making all those small components that eventually go into vehicles. The shop floor is usually quite busy with the guys moving stuff around and the machines running. Waluj is a huge industrial hub, so there are always trucks coming and going at all hours. We have been at this exact spot for some time now. It is a noisy environment, but we are all pretty used to it by now. We are not trying to be anything flashy or corporate. Just a group of people making sure the parts get made the right way. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in Aurangabad, and the shed gets quite warm, but we keep the fans going and get through the day. We have various machines for all the different processes we handle. Some days go a lot smoother than others. When a machine needs fixing, we just handle it ourselves. It is just regular, everyday industrial work. Most of the staff live nearby in the local area, so we are a pretty local bunch. We do not have a big front desk or a fancy lobby for visitors. You just walk into the main area and see the work happening right there. That is how we like to keep it. It's practical and it works.
