Our place is located at House Number 41 in Sadaf Colony. If you're in the Hattesingpura area of Aurangabad, you've probably been near us. As-Samad Infrastructure is a local business that deals with all sorts of building and infrastructure tasks. It’s not a massive operation with hundreds of people. Instead, it’s a dedicated group of us who know the trade inside and out. We operate right out of the colony, which makes it feel very much like a neighborhood business. We do work all across Aurangabad and sometimes further out into Maharashtra. The projects we take on vary quite a bit. One day we might be looking at road work and the next it’s a housing project. We don't have a polished front office with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there going through blueprints or making calls to suppliers. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the samples and plans lying around, but we know where everything is. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things properly. We don't talk much about our vision or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. People in Sadaf Colony know where to find us if they have a question. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us. Most of our guys have lived here their whole lives.
