Assam Group Company

Assam Group Company is based out of Survey No. 469 on Ambad Road here in Jalna. Our location is a bit outside the main town area, which gives us more room to operate. We’ve been working from this site for quite a while now. It’s mostly just a large plot with our facilities where we handle the tea processing and storage. The road can get a bit rough during the monsoon, but we manage to keep the trucks moving in and out. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We spend our days checking on the quality of the leaves and making sure the packing is done right. Jalna is a good place for a business like ours because we have the space we need. Most of the people working here are locals who have been with us for years. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships we’ve built up. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the big shipments come in from the estates. We just focus on getting the job done and making sure the tea is handled properly before it goes out to the markets. It’s quiet out here compared to the city, which we actually prefer. We have our own routine and we stick to it, regardless of how busy things get in the world outside our gates.
