ASIAN BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS PRIVATE LIMITED

Asian Builders and Contractors is a small team working out of Plot No 75 near Motiwala School in Aurangabad. The office stays pretty busy because of the school traffic nearby, especially in the mornings when all the kids are being dropped off. We have been in the Time Colony area for a while now, just handling the regular work that comes with being in the construction business. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desks and phone calls going on with suppliers about cement or bricks. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit and wait or go out to the sites to see how the laborers are getting on with the current projects. It is not a fancy setup here, just some desks and some old chairs, but we get the jobs done. Most of our days are spent checking on different plots or talking to contractors about timelines. People around here know where we are because of the landmark, and it’s a decent place to work from. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us looking over some maps or drinking tea while we plan out the next week's schedule for the workers. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and we like staying in this part of Aurangabad.
