Ashwasheera Construction LLP is located over at 5 5 43 in the SBH Colony, right off Jalna Road in Aurangabad. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know that part of town. We’ve been doing construction work for a while now. It’s a lot of long days and getting your boots dirty on site. We don’t have a big corporate office with a view. It’s just a straightforward place where we keep our files and meet with the guys who do the actual building. Aurangabad is a good place to work, even if the heat gets a bit much during the summer months. We handle various projects, mostly local stuff that keeps us busy from morning till night. We don't have a marketing department writing things for us. We just talk to people plainly. If there’s a problem on a site, we go there and try to fix it. That’s really all there is to it. Building things is hard work and it takes a lot of coordination between different trades. We’ve learned to be patient with the process. Sometimes things go slow, sometimes they go fast. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. We’ve got a rhythm down now and we just stick to it. It’s a living and we take it one day at a time.
