Down in Sadat Nagar, Chitegaon, you’ll find us at Ashwamedh Agrolife. We’re tucked away in the Paithan taluka, which is a place known for its history but we’re more focused on the dirt and the plants. Our office at PNO-150 is where we spend most of our time when we aren't out on the road. It’s a simple setup. We don't see the point in spending money on fancy furniture when we could be putting that into the business. The team here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers and the next you’re out checking on a shipment of supplies. The weather in this part of the country can be pretty harsh, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the heat and the water levels. We started this private limited company because we wanted to have a more professional way to handle our agricultural trade. It’s been a learning curve for all of us, dealing with all the regulations and the taxes. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly. It’s a lot of work to keep things running in Chitegaon, but we’ve got a good group of people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We aren't some polished city firm. We’re just a local outfit trying to make our way in the agrolife sector without making things more complicated than they need to be.
