Arthagyan Research And Analysis Private Limited is based out of Aurangabad, specifically in the Nakshatrawadi area. Our office is Flat No B-10 at Sai Shraddha Enclave, Phase -1. It’s a quiet spot, located near Gut No. 86/P. We aren't some massive corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We're a smaller group of people who really enjoy digging into data and doing research. Aurangabad is a good place to work from because it’s not as chaotic as Mumbai, though it has its own pace of life. Working from an enclave means we get to know our neighbors, and it feels more like a community than just a cold business district. We spend most of our time staring at screens and looking at numbers, trying to make sense of what's happening in the markets or whatever project we've taken on for the month. It’s quiet work, mostly. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area because that’s where the most light comes in during the afternoon. We didn't want a flashy office because that's not what research is about. It's about being thorough and getting the analysis right. The team here is local, and we take our work seriously, even if we don't wear suits every day. There’s a lot of coffee involved, and we usually stay late when a big report is due. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine suits us pretty well.
