Al Falah Clinic

Our little place, Al Falah Clinic, is situated in Juna Bazar near the Imran Medical Store. If you’re walking down Budhi Lane in Aurangabad, you really can’t miss us. It’s a very old part of the city, so the lanes are narrow and things are always a bit crowded. The clinic itself is quite small and basic. We don't have a big fancy entrance; you just walk in from the street. Being next to Imran Medical Store is handy because patients can just grab what they need right away. The atmosphere in Budhi Lane is always loud with people shouting and bikes zooming past. Inside the clinic, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the market noise. We have a few chairs for waiting and a small desk where we keep the registers. It’s not the kind of place that has air conditioning in every corner, but we have some good fans. Most of our patients are people who have been living in Juna Bazar for generations. We know their names and their families. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a website or a big marketing plan. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for whoever needs help. It’s a simple, honest setup in a very busy part of Aurangabad, and we like it that way.
