Akshraj Urban Nidhi Limited is in Aurangabad. Our office is House Number 19 on Survey Number 170. We are located in Bhagarsingh Nagar which is in the Harsool area. Harsool has been growing a lot lately but our street still feels like a regular residential lane. We are in a building that looks like many others on the block. There is a small gate and then you come inside to where we work. It’s a humble space. We have some wooden desks that have been here since we started. The walls are a pale color and we have a few calendars hanging up to keep track of the dates. Outside you can hear the motorbikes passing and the occasional vegetable seller calling out. It is a very normal neighborhood atmosphere. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in one of us will just look up from our ledger and say hello. We spend a lot of time writing things down by hand and then putting them into the computer later. It’s a double check that we like to do. The tea man comes by at eleven and four which is the highlight of the day sometimes. We are just local people working in Harsool and trying to keep our records straight. There is no mystery to what we do here. It’s just daily work in a quiet part of Aurangabad. We keep the gate closed when it’s windy so the dust doesn't get everywhere.
