Our office is at Shop No. 830 in Pachod, which is under the Paithan taluka in Aurangabad. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s right where we need to be for the people in this area. The shop is a simple ground-floor unit. We’ve got some sturdy desks and old metal cabinets where we keep all the documents. Pachod is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so we don't really need a lot of advertising. People just know where Shop 830 is. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers and local tradesmen who come in to manage their small savings. There is usually a bit of dust because of the road nearby, but we try to keep the place tidy. We have a small tea kettle in the back for when we need a break. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t use complicated jargon when we talk to folks; we just explain things simply. The Aurangabad-431121 area is our home, and we treat the business like it’s part of the community. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy outside, but people still find their way to us. We stay busy with the ledger books and the computer work, making sure everything is accurate. It’s just us, doing the daily grind in a small town office. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving.
