Akar Laminators Ltd.

Akar Laminators Ltd. is based out of B-1 in the MIDC Area. Being in an industrial zone means our daily life is a bit different from a shop on the high street. The space is mostly taken up by the big lamination machines and stacks of material waiting to be processed. It’s a loud environment with the hum of the equipment going all day long, so we usually have to speak up to hear each other. We don’t have a fancy front office for visitors; if you come to see us, you’re likely to walk right onto the factory floor where the actual work is happening. The walls are made of corrugated metal and it gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we have some big fans to keep things moving. We’ve been here in MIDC for quite a while, and we’re used to the industrial routine of trucks coming and going. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations or corporate meetings. Instead, we spend our time making sure the machines are running correctly and the orders are going out on time. It’s a hands-on job and we often end the day with a bit of grease or dust on our clothes. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local manufacturing unit. It’s steady work and we take pride in just getting the job done without any unnecessary drama.
