Ajinkya Ambulance Services is based out of the Hedgewar Hospital area in Garkheda. You can usually find us near the Jawahar Colony Trimurti Chowk, which is a pretty well-known landmark for anyone living around here. We keep our ambulances parked and ready for whenever the phone rings. It’s a job that requires a lot of sitting around and waiting, followed by moments of extreme hurry. The drivers and the helpers spend their time checking the gear in the back of the vans or just chatting near the hospital entrance while they wait for a call. Garkheda is a busy part of town, and navigating through Trimurti Chowk can be a real test of patience during rush hour. We don’t have a big corporate office; our work happens out on the road or in the back of the ambulance. We've seen just about everything you can imagine, and we try to stay calm no matter how frantic the situation is. It’s important to keep the vehicles clean and the equipment ready, so that’s what we focus on during the quiet times. People in the colony know our vehicles by sight now. We aren't trying to be the biggest service in the city, just a reliable one that the local hospital and the people in Jawahar Colony can count on when things go wrong. It’s just us, our vans, and the daily calls we get.
