We have been here at Malan Plaza for a while now. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you are up here, it is a quiet enough place to work. Being right on Akashwani Trimurti Chowk Road means there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. The Durga Mata Mandir is right next door, so sometimes you hear the bells ringing or see people gathering for prayers. Mostly, we just spend our time looking at stacks of folders and talking to people who come in looking for new management roles. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It is just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Aurangabad has changed quite a bit since we started, with more businesses popping up around this part of town. We try to keep things organized, even though the filing cabinet sometimes gets stuck if you pull it too hard. On hot days, the fan on the ceiling makes a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. People stop by after visiting the temple or coming from the main road. We don't have a big reception area, so visitors usually just pull up a chair by whichever desk is free. It is a practical setup that works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
