Aditya Motels And Resorts Private Limited is out at Gat No.78 on Ajintha Road. We’re right near the Lokmat building, in an area they call the Amenity Space. It’s a bit different out here compared to being in the middle of a crowded city. We have a bit more room to breathe. The business is focused on motels and resorts, so we are always thinking about how the grounds look and if the rooms are comfortable. Ajintha Road is a major route, so we see a lot of travelers passing through. Our office is a simple setup on the property. We don’t have any fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s mostly just files, some chairs, and a lot of keys. Running a motel means you never really have a day off. There’s always something that needs attention, whether it’s the landscaping or the kitchen supplies. We spend a lot of time walking around the site, making sure everything is where it should be. The sun can be quite hot out here, so we try to get the outdoor work done early. We aren't trying to be some five-star luxury place. We just want to offer a decent spot for someone to rest. The local guys help us out with the heavy lifting. It’s a straightforward business, and we like the pace of things on this side of town. Most evenings we just sit out and watch the traffic go by.
