Actuate Marketing & Trading Private Limited is over on Dr. Ambedkar Marg in Nagpur. We’re on the 3rd floor at Lashkaribagh, right by Kamal Chowk. It’s a lively part of town, always something happening outside the window. We do both marketing and trading, so there is usually a lot of back-and-forth between different departments. The office is near Awale Babu Chowk, so it’s easy enough for people to find us. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who’ve been in the trade for years and some younger folks just starting out. The desks are always covered in samples or marketing brochures. It gets pretty dusty with the traffic nearby, so we’re always cleaning things off. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s a practical workspace with wooden desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't really go for those fancy mission statements. We just try to get the orders filled and the marketing sorted out. Lunch is usually a social thing here; we all sit together and talk about anything but work for a bit. It helps clear the head before the afternoon rush. Dealing with trading means things can get hectic with deliveries and schedules, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Most of the time we're just chasing up on vendors or looking for better ways to move the products. It keeps us on our toes.
