We operate out of Sillod, right in the Aurangabad district. Specifically, you can find us at the place of Shri Shivaji Rangnathrao Gorade. It’s a local setup, nothing fancy about it. Sillod is a busy place, and there are always people moving around, going to the fields or the market. We deal with the money side of things for the people living in the taluka. We handle things like small loans and savings for the farmers and small shop owners here. It’s a multistate setup, but the heart of it is right here in our small office. The 431112 area is where we spend all our time. We sit down with folks, go over their passbooks, and explain how things work without using big words. It’s better that way. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out or work by the window light. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where to find us. Shivaji Gorade’s place is well-known in the area. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know the local language and how things are done in Sillod. It’s about being helpful to the people who walk in. We see a lot of different people every day, and everyone has a different story. We just make sure the money is safe and the records are clean. That's the main thing we do here. It stays busy enough for us to keep moving.
