Aai-Bhavani Infra Llp

We are based out of the Shubham Fabrication spot in Issarwadi. It is a bit noisy sometimes because of all the metal work happening right next to us, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Aai-Bhavani Infra Llp has been operating from here for a while now, and we mostly spend our days dealing with site plans and coordinating with workers who come and go. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks, some plastic chairs, and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. Dealing with infrastructure projects means we are often out on the road anyway, looking at sites or checking on materials. It gets pretty dusty around Issarwadi, especially when the trucks roll through the narrow lanes. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually just find us because they know the fabrication shop or they've seen our name on a board somewhere. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or going out to meet a contractor. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the work gets done without too much fuss. It is a simple way of working, but it seems to suit the way things happen around here in this neighborhood.
