Aadarsha Clinic

You can find Aadarsha Clinic right across from the Wani Complex on Nashik Road in Padegaon. It’s a handy location because most people know where the complex is. The clinic itself is modest. We don’t have a massive sign or bright lights. Just a simple door and a small waiting area inside. Nashik Road is usually quite noisy with trucks and cars, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We’ve been here for several years now. The staff is small, just a couple of us who have known each other a long time. We do the paperwork by hand mostly. It feels more personal that way. We don’t follow a strict corporate script when we talk to people. We just say hello and ask what’s wrong. Sometimes there’s a wait, especially on Monday mornings, but people are generally patient. We have a few old magazines in the corner, though nobody really reads them anymore. Everyone just looks at their phones. Padegaon is a growing area, but we still feel like a small-town clinic. We aren’t trying to expand or open ten more locations. We are happy just being here on Nashik Road. It’s a good community to be a part of. We see familiar faces every day and that makes the work feel worthwhile. We just keep things moving, one person at a time, every single day.
