We are located out in Village Jagdishpur, which is near the Bilawah post office in the Auraiya district. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we’ve been here in Uttar Pradesh for a while now. The name says Ghaziabad, but this is where the actual work happens. We handle industrial tools and things like that. The warehouse isn't anything special, just a place to keep the inventory organized so we can find what folks need. Most of the time, it's just about getting the right tool to the right person without making a mess of it. Life here in the village is quiet, which helps when you need to count stock or sort through orders. We’ve got various types of tools stacked up. Sometimes the dust gets in, but that’s just how it is in this part of U.P. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just the staff here making sure the orders go out to the districts around us. People call us up when they need something specific for their workshops. We try to keep everything in order, though sometimes things get a bit hectic during the busy seasons. It’s a regular business. We focus on the tools and making sure they get to where they're supposed to be. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open the doors in the morning and see what the day brings in terms of orders.
