CMP Engineering Infrastructure LLP is based in Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh. Our office is actually at Manoj Kumar’s place in Vikash Kunj, Kakrahi. It is a small-town operation, and we like it that way. In a place like Auraiya, everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we don't need a big flashy sign or a fancy office in a mall. We do engineering and infrastructure work, which means we are often dealing with local roads, drainage, or small building projects around the district. Manoj’s place is where we keep all our tools and the computer where we do the technical drawings and planning. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is good when we need to focus on some difficult engineering problems. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat while we are working on a blueprint. We don’t have a lot of employees, just a few local guys who know their way around a construction site. We spend most of our time out in the field, so the office is really just a base for the mornings and late evenings. We aren't some huge national firm; we are just local people trying to improve the infrastructure in our own community. It’s honest work that keeps us busy throughout the year. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big deal out of it. If you are walking through Vikash Kunj, you will likely see us around most days of the week.
