Saicon Rubbers

Saicon Rubbers is our small operation situated at Plot No 1/A, 4-6-90/5 in Tejaswi Nagar Colony. We are right here in the Attapur area. Working with rubber products involves a lot of heat and specific timing, so the floor is usually pretty warm. We spend most of our hours making sure the molds are right and the material is cooked properly. It’s a practical kind of business. We don't have any big corporate slogans, we just focus on the rubber items we produce. The colony is usually quiet, but our machines make a steady rhythm throughout the day. People sometimes ask what we do exactly, and it's basically just manufacturing various rubber parts as needed. The space we have in Tejaswi Nagar Colony is enough for what we need to get done. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we stayed at this same plot. It’s a lot of manual labor and watching the gauges to make sure everything is within the right limits. Some days the smells from the raw rubber are quite strong, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable place where the work gets done correctly. We keep the inventory organized as best as we can in the back. It is a bit messy sometimes when a big shipment comes in, but we handle it just fine.
