We are located over at the Industrial Estate in Gokak. If you head down 4 Cross, you will find us at Plot No. 15 and 16. We ended up taking two plots because the crates and the machinery take up a lot more room than we first thought. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the stacks of bottles. The building is just a standard shed, really. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have all the big doors open to let the breeze in. We make different kinds of beverages here. The staff are all locals from around Gokak. We don’t really do formal stuff. We just know what needs to be done. Sometimes the labeling machine jams and we have to spend an hour poking at it with a screwdriver. It’s a bit frustrating but that’s how it goes. The delivery trucks are always coming and going. Sometimes they block the road and the neighbors get a bit annoyed. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from people who just know we’ve been here for years. The floor is concrete and it’s seen a lot of wear. We don't spend much on decorations. We’d rather just make sure the drinks are okay. It’s a plain, hardworking place. We start early and go home when the work is finished for the day. That is how we have always done it and it works fine for us.
