We just open the doors in the morning. Being on a main road means it’s easy to find but it can be a bit dusty sometimes. We spend our time checking on people who walk in. Gokak. Gokak is a small enough place that you recognize people. Raviwarpeth is always moving. We have been at this address for a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular clinic setup. We keep our instruments clean and wait for the next person. Sometimes we sit and talk during the quiet hours. The Belgaum Main Road gets busy during the market times. We hear the trucks passing by. Kalyan Shetty Clinic is just a part of the street now. We don't have a big team, just enough of us to handle the daily visits. It’s practical work. You wake up, go to the clinic in Raviwarpeth, and see who needs help.
