This part of our work is handled out of Makarjhola in the Ganjam district of Orissa. It’s a world away from the big city offices in places like Bangalore or Hyderabad. We’re located through the Kanchuru route, and there’s a much slower pace of life here. The office is really just a practical base for managing the specific projects we have going on in this part of the state. We deal with a lot of local coordination and making sure the construction supplies actually get where they’re supposed to go. It isn’t a place with glass walls or fancy designer furniture. It’s just a building where the work happens. Dada Ramulu and the rest of the team here focus on the ground-level stuff that keeps the developer side of things moving along. Being in a place like Ganjam means we have to be a bit more hands-on with the daily logistics. We spend a fair amount of time on the road or talking to people in the nearby towns. It’s straightforward work, nothing too complicated about the way we do things. We just try to stay on top of the schedule. The 761101 area is where we’ve set ourselves up to be reachable for the local needs. It’s a quiet spot, but there’s always something to fix or a new plan to review. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just focus on the tasks. It’s just how we get things done here every day for the community.
