Balaji Bricks Industry

We’ve been running Balaji Bricks Industry for a while now, right here near K.B.V. Mahavidhalaya in Kadistosurjya Nagar. It’s a dusty job, but someone has to do it. Every morning starts early when the sun is barely up. We get the clay ready and start the kilns. You can usually see the smoke from the college down the road. It’s mostly just us working in the yard, stacking bricks and making sure they dry properly before the trucks come to pick them up. The area around Kadistosurjya Nagar has changed a bit over the years, but our setup stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a big office or anything fancy. Just the kilns, the piles of bricks, and the shed where we take our breaks. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains and the mud gets everywhere. We just deal with it as it comes. People from the neighborhood know where we are. If you’re driving past the mahavidhalaya, you’ll see our stacks. We spend most of our day outside. It's hard work, and our hands are always stained with red dust. We don’t really do much advertising. Most people just stop by because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple business. We make the bricks, people buy them, and we start the whole process over again the next day. That’s just how it goes for us here in the yard.
