You can find Sonai Buildcon Private Limited over at Ashoknagar in Baramati. We have a small office, Flat No. 9 in the Akansha Apartment building. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the big cities, but there is still plenty of work to do. We deal with building projects around this region. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the land and the people quite well. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things. Whether it’s a small house or something bigger, we put in the same effort. Our office is where we do the accounting and meet people to discuss their ideas. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of maps. Baramati has its own pace, and we like that. We aren't rushing to be the biggest company around. We just want to do decent work that doesn't fall apart. Sometimes we run into delays because of the rain or getting materials delivered from Pune, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a hands-on job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to check on the progress. It is just a regular group of people working hard every day to get the walls up and the roofs on. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to keep the lights on and the workers paid.
