We are located in Khaniadhana which is in the Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh. Our office is in Rategoi Mohalla, specifically Ward No-1. It’s the house of Shri Sirrajuddin, or Phool as many people call him. It’s a local place. We don't have a big corporate banner hanging out front. It’s more of a home-turned-office vibe. We handle work for Lea Associates South Asia from here. The streets are narrow so you have to be careful if you’re driving a big car. Most of us walk or take a bike to get here. It’s a small town feel. Everyone knows everyone’s business. We have our desks set up in the main rooms. We work on various local projects. Sometimes we have to travel to other parts of the district for site visits. The weather gets really dry here in the summer. We keep a water cooler running all the time. It’s a practical workspace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with decor. We just need a place to sit and do the calculations and report writing. Being in Ward No-1 means we are close to the heart of the village.
