We are located at 33 15th Avenue in the Ashok Nagar area of Chennai. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We spend our time helping people figure out where they want to go for their holidays or work trips. It involves a lot of looking at screens and trying to find the right dates that work for everyone. Chennai can get really hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast in the office while we talk to customers. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just checking schedules and making sure the names are spelled right on the forms. We get all sorts of people walking in, some who know exactly where they want to go and others who are just looking for a change of scenery. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual stuff to get bookings done. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to apologize to people while we wait for it to come back on. We try to be helpful without being pushy. Ashok Nagar is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside our window. It’s a small team here, and we just try to make sure people get their tickets and hotel details without too much trouble. We don't have a big corporate vibe, just a local office where we handle travel stuff and keep things moving.
