You can find us at Avishkar Appt, which is right near the Primier Nursing Home in Asansol. It’s a familiar landmark for anyone living in this part of West Bengal. We are the local team for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. Our office is inside the apartment building, so it feels more like a workspace than a corporate headquarters. We have our files, our computers, and usually a few sets of blueprints spread out over the tables. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Working in Asansol means we’re right in the heart of things. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the various construction sites nearby. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dirt, noise, and manual checking of everything. We don’t go in for big marketing slogans. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or what the next phase of the build is. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We’ve seen the seasons change from this office many times. When we aren't working, we’re probably just grabbing a quick bite at one of the local spots nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest office in town. We just want to be the ones who get the building work done properly and without any unnecessary drama. That’s the way we’ve always handled things here.
