Sanjivani Projects Privet Ltd.

Sanjivani Projects is a small outfit located in Raniganj, out in the Burdwan district. We’re down a by-lane on Raja P.N. Malia Road, in the Sisubagan area. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here. We work on various local projects, mostly related to building and land development. Being in a place like Raniganj means we deal with a lot of local issues, from weather to getting materials delivered to the site. We aren’t a big city firm with fancy suits. Most of the time, we’re out in the dirt or sitting in the office trying to sort out the accounts. It’s a private company, but it feels more like a small team just trying to get things done. The work can be slow sometimes, especially when the rains hit West Bengal hard and everything turns to mud. We’ve been here for a bit, so we know how the local system works. People come to us because they know we won’t give them the runaround. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take six months, we don't tell them three. There’s no point in lying just to get a contract. We value our reputation in Burdwan because word travels fast in these parts.
