Roshan Food Products

You can find Roshan Food Products right on M. G. Road. It's a busy spot near Ondal. We spend most of our time dealing with different ingredients and getting things ready for the local shops. Ukhra is not too far away, so we get people coming from that side too. The smells from the kitchen or the processing area usually drift out onto the street. It is a noisy place with the traffic on M. G. Road always zooming past our door. We have a small team here, mostly local guys from Burdwan who know the work well. We don't use big fancy machines for everything, a lot of it is done by hand. The floors need scrubbing every single day to keep things right. When the heat gets bad in the afternoon, we usually take a short break in the shade. It’s hard work, especially when we have a big batch to finish. Roshan Food Products has been in this spot for a while now. We see the same truck drivers every week. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit and wait, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. My hands are usually tired by the end of the shift, but the work is steady. We don't bother with much advertising because everyone in the Ondal area already knows we are here.
