Nccl

You can find us at number 20 in the Karunamayee Hostel. We are located within the Kalyanpur Housing Colony in Asansol, West Bengal. Using a hostel as an office space for Nccl might seem a bit unusual to some, but it works for what we need. It’s a very grounded environment. We are surrounded by the daily lives of people in the colony. You can hear people cooking and talking through the walls sometimes. Our office is just one main room with a couple of sturdy tables and some metal chairs. We keep all our records in binders on a shelf. Asansol can be a tough place to work because it gets so humid, but we’ve got a good ceiling fan that helps a bit. We don't have a marketing department or any fancy brochures to hand out. If someone wants to know about us, they just come by the hostel and we have a chat. We handle the local work that comes our way. It’s mostly about staying organized and making sure the bills are paid. We’ve been here in West Bengal for a long time and we know how things work in this part of the country. We don't need a lot of space to get our jobs done. It’s a simple setup and it keeps our costs down, which is the way we like it.
