Out here in Asansol, at Saila Bhawan on Sripally Main Road, is where we run Naresh Kumar Co Pvt Ltd. My name is Naresh and I’ve been part of this community for quite a while. Asansol has its own rhythm, and being on the main road means we see it all. The office is inside Saila Bhawan, which is a building many people around here recognize. It’s not a brand-new glass tower; it’s a real building with some character and maybe a few cracks in the plaster here and there. We do our work in a straightforward way. There aren't any fancy meetings or complicated presentations. We just talk to people and get things sorted out. The Sripally area is usually buzzing with activity, so there’s always something to look at out the window. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just part of being in this part of West Bengal. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't pretend to be something we're not. We just provide what people need and try to be helpful when we can. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but most of our neighbors know where we are. We've been through rainy seasons where the road gets flooded and hot summers where the AC struggles, but we stay open and keep moving forward.
