Our team for Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd is staying over at the Engineers Hostel in the Kalyanpur Housing Colony. This is in Asansol, West Bengal. You see the same people every day and everyone knows what needs to be done. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. Every bit of our energy goes into the construction work itself. The Engineers Hostel is a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing out to the sites. We’ve got a good group of people here who don't mind getting their hands dirty. It’s a bit loud and messy at times, but that’s just how it is when you’re building things. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the day's tasks finished properly without any drama or fuss.
