Larsen & Toubro Limited,Ecc Division

We are over in Asansol, West Bengal. Specifically, you can find us at 105 Goutam Apartment on Vidya Sagar Sarini. This is in the Saradapally area. It is a residential neighborhood, so the office feels quite grounded and local. We are the ECC Division team for Larsen & Toubro in this region. The apartment setup is pretty basic. We have turned a few rooms into workspaces where we keep all our files and desks. It is not a massive corporate building, but it works for us. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business. Asansol is a busy town and being on Vidya Sagar Sarini means we are right in the thick of things. We have a small group of people here who manage the local operations. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to keep things running. We don't really have a polished reception or anything like that. You just walk in and we are there working. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about the local football scores or the weather. It is a very normal, human way to work. We have been in this spot for some time now and the neighbors know us. It’s just about getting the daily tasks done without making things more complicated than they need to be. We just try to stay organized and keep the projects moving forward from our little apartment office. Every day brings something different, and we just handle it as it comes.
