Call Concepts

Over here in Asansol, at 57 N.R.R. Road, we run Call Concepts. It’s located in the Burdwan district of West Bengal. The office is a simple place where we manage various communication tasks. The post office is nearby at Asansol-2, which is handy for the mail we send out. It’s often quite hot here, so the ceiling fans are always spinning. We have a few phone lines and some workstations where we sit for most of the day. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and gives us the space we need. Most of the people working here are local, so we all know the neighborhood pretty well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to different queries that come in. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to wait a minute or two for things to load. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re pretty much right in the middle of where the work happens. We try to keep things moving along steadily. Most of our days are spent just keeping up with the volume of calls and messages. It’s a practical setup for a small business in this part of India. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down.
