Lumaxi Constech is based out of Arwal, right near Baidrabadn. We are located at Kameshwar Singh’s place. It’s a quiet area mostly, though the Nagar Parishad is getting busier these days with more traffic. Being in Jehanabad means we understand the local terrain and the way things move around here. We do construction and technical work, mostly small to mid-sized stuff. It’s just us and a few regular workers who have been with us from the start. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of secretaries to answer the phone. Usually, if you need something, you just come talk to us directly at the office or catch us at a site. The heat in the summer can be tough on the outdoor projects, but we manage by taking breaks during the peak afternoon. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just local people trying to earn a living and build a few things along the way. Some days are slow, others are completely hectic with people running in and out looking for tools. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with permits and paperwork is the boring part, but it's necessary for the work. Most of our equipment is parked nearby, and we try to keep it in good shape despite the dust. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination. We’ve lived in this village for a long time, so we care about what we build here. It's not just a job for us, it's about being part of the Arwal community. We just keep our heads down and work.
