Kumar Sand Stone

We are located in Ganeshpura. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center, which we like. We deal with sand stone, as the name says. We have piles of it and different slabs cut to various sizes. Sand stone is a nice material because it looks natural and lasts a long time if you treat it right. We spend most of our time out in the yard, sorting through the stone and making sure everything is ready for the customers. A lot of people come to us when they are doing landscaping or building walls outside their houses. It’s a physical job. My hands are always rough from handling the stone all day. We’ve been here in Ganeshpura for several years now. Most of our neighbors know us. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing our sign and stopping in. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, especially during the heavy rains, but we do what we can to keep orders moving. We try to keep a decent variety of colors in stock, but it depends on what we can get from the quarries. It’s a basic business. We sell stone, we help you load it, and that’s about it. No fuss, no complicated processes. Just hard work and heavy lifting every day to keep the business running for everyone in the area.
