Incredible Construction Private Limited is based out of Barhauna, which is a bit of a quiet spot in the Jehanabad district. We set things up here at the house of Umesh Prasad, who is Danu Mahto’s son. It is a village setting, so everyone knows everyone else’s business, which makes it easier to find reliable help when we have a new project starting up. We handle various building tasks around the Kako block area. Construction isn't easy work, especially when the heat hits in the summer or the rains start coming down heavy on the dirt roads. We spend a lot of time just moving bricks and mixing cement. There isn't any big corporate strategy here, we just take the jobs as they come and try to do right by the people who hire us. Some days are long, starting before the sun is fully up, and we finish whenever the light fades. We keep our gear over in Tola-Barhauna. Being in a place like Jehanabad means you have to be practical. You can’t rely on fancy machines for everything; sometimes it’s just about having enough hands to get the job done. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we plan on staying put. If you walk through the village, you’ll likely see some of the walls we’ve put up over the years. It’s simple work but it keeps us moving.
