Honrado Engicon operates out of Arwal Nagar Parishad, specifically in the Baidrabad area. If you know the local masjid, we are right near there in Ward Number 22. It is a busy little pocket of Arwal where there is always something happening. Our space is simple and practical, tucked away where the locals go about their daily business. You can hear the sounds of the street and the calls from the masjid throughout the day while we are looking over plans. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of grit. We have been working in this area for a bit, so we know the local landscape and the people around here pretty well. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. Dealing with the local authorities and the ward requirements takes up a good chunk of our time. We don't use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just local people doing engineering and construction work where it is needed. Most of the time, our boots are muddy and our clothes are worn out from being on-site. We talk to our neighbors and keep our head down. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the supplies actually show up at the village site when they are supposed to.
