Rohit Poultry Private Limited is over in Village Arwal, located in the Arwal-Jehanabad area. We are set up at the place of Arvind Kumar, who is the son of Ram Chandra Singh. It’s a local operation, and you can find us easily if you know the Nagar Prashad area near Sipha Panch. The poultry business is something that keeps you on your toes all day and night. We have the chicken sheds set up and there is always a lot of noise from the birds. It’s a busy environment with a lot of feeding and cleaning to do. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us working on the ground. The road to the village can be a bit bumpy, especially after the monsoon rains. Arvind is usually around to oversee the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time making sure the birds are healthy and the sheds are kept at the right temperature. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. You cannot be afraid to get your hands dirty here. The community in Arwal is small, so we know most of our neighbors. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the work at hand.
