Sri Vishnu Garments

Sri Vishnu Garments is situated at No. 8/438 in Nayakkar Thottam, right off Palladam Road in Arulpuram. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of other garment shops around. Our place is basically one big room filled with sewing machines and stacks of fabric. There’s usually a bit of dust in the air from all the cotton we handle every day. We’ve got a few rows of workers who have been with us for years. It’s loud because of the machines, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. We have a small area near the door where we keep the finished garments ready for packing. Palladam Road is always busy with trucks and buses, which makes it easy for us to send our stuff out, even if the traffic is a bit much. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just work with the people who know us from the area. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to be finished. The tea stall down the street is where we usually take our breaks and talk for a bit. It’s just a plain, hardworking environment where everyone knows their job. We don’t spend money on marketing because the work keeps coming in anyway. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us here in Arulpuram, and we just keep the machines running as much as we can.
