Meghraj

Meghraj is located in Arrah, specifically at Ward No.7 near Abar Pul Par. We are situated very close to the Shiv Mandir, so the morning and evening prayers are a regular part of our day. Being near the bridge means there is a constant stream of traffic and people crossing over, so it never really gets quiet around here. The shop is a traditional space, and it has been around for a good while now. We keep things that locals in Arrah need, and our shelves are usually packed tight with all sorts of items. It’s a bit of a maze inside if you don't know where you are looking, but we know every inch of the place. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to act like a big company. We are just Meghraj, a name that people in this ward have grown used to seeing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the customers to worry about that. When the bells ring at the Shiv Mandir, it’s a nice reminder of where we are. We see a lot of familiar faces every day, and we usually stop to have a quick chat while we are weighing out items or counting change. It is a simple way to live and work, and we don't really want it any other way.
